Golight was founded in 1994 by Jerry Gohl who saw the need for a durable and superior portable remote-control spotlight. Together with Al Gebhard, a product development engineer, design, and engineering were achieved, and marketing began with an in-house approach and only one product. Ten years later, Golight, Inc. has grown from one product to a complete line of products that meet the needs of many specialty markets.
